Refund & Cancellation Policy

Premium access on Exams Treasury is a digital product delivered instantly after payment. We keep the refund policy simple and fair.

When you are entitled to a refund

  • Payment charged but premium not activated: if your payment succeeded but premium features did not unlock within 24 hours, you get a full refund or activation — your choice.
  • Duplicate payment: charged twice for the same exam? The duplicate is refunded in full, automatically once we spot it or immediately when you report it.
  • Technical failure on our side: if a defect in the platform prevents you from using the premium features you paid for and we cannot fix it within 7 days of your report, you get a full refund.

When refunds are not available

  • Change of mind after substantially using premium features (viewing solutions, downloading PDFs, multiple re-attempts).
  • Failed payments where money was debited but the payment shows as failed at the gateway — these are auto-reversed by your bank/UPI provider, typically within 5–7 working days, without any action from us.
  • Accounts terminated for violating our terms (e.g. redistributing watermarked PDFs).

How to request a refund

Email us (see Contact) from your registered email with the subject "Refund request", including your payment ID (starts with pay_, shown in your Razorpay confirmation SMS/email) and a short description. We respond within 48 hours.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days via Razorpay. UPI refunds are usually faster; card refunds depend on your bank's cycle.
