Welcome to Exams Treasury (examstreasury.com). By using this website you agree to these terms. Please read them — they are short and in plain language.

1. What we provide

Exams Treasury is an exam-preparation platform where students can attempt previous year question papers in a computer-based-test interface, see their score, compare it with other aspirants and with previous selection cutoffs, and optionally purchase premium features.

2. Free and premium access

• Papers marked free can be attempted without payment. Creating an account (free) unlocks your rank, cutoff comparison and saved attempt history.
• Premium access is purchased per exam for a one-time fee of ₹49 and includes unlimited re-attempts, detailed solutions, topic-wise weightage, cutoff comparison and personalised PDF downloads of your attempted papers, for the lifetime of the platform.
• Free accounts get one scored attempt per paper. Only your first attempt on a paper counts toward the public ranking; further attempts (premium) are practice.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for the accuracy of the details you provide (name, email, mobile). One account per student. We may suspend accounts that attempt to manipulate rankings, share paid content, or abuse the platform.

4. Content and fair use

• Question papers, solutions, explanations, cutoff datasets and topic analyses on this platform are provided for your personal exam preparation only.
• Premium PDFs are personalised and watermarked with your identity. Sharing, reselling or republishing them is prohibited and may lead to account termination without refund.
• Previous year questions originate from public examinations; solutions, explanations, curation and analyses are our work product.

5. Rankings and cutoff data

Ranks are community ranks computed from first attempts of registered students on this platform — they are indicative and not a prediction of your actual exam result. Cutoff data is compiled from official sources with care, but we do not guarantee completeness or accuracy; always verify against official counselling publications before making admission decisions.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or banking details. Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes. See our Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.

7. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes to premium entitlements will not reduce what an existing purchase already includes.
